CO-FOUNDER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR
WRITE CLUB is a community organization founded by myself and partner Akari Alishio in March 2024. We are focused on offering meaningful spaces for emerging artists to produce, workshop, and share their work with an audience of other creatives. WRITE CLUB is primarily a submission based workshopping event in which myself and my team curate an evening of readings from a batch of short writing submissions. We then source and cast actors to read for them. During our event myself and partner will MC and host while guiding the feedback sessions after each piece. However beyond the traditional event WRITE CLUB now encompasses other spin-off networking, film, and writers events. Such as film screenings, mixers, incubators, and a short play festival. We are proudly fostering a community of writers, performers, directors, and other artists in the film/theatre worlds.
WRITE CLUB SUMMER PLAYFEST

A short play festival produced, curated, and hosted by WRITE CLUB. Premiering six brand new original works from NYC based artists. On August 28th, 29th, and 31st of 2025 at the Vino Theatre. Our biggest event yet meant to offer emerging artists and their diverse short plays a legitimate stage, a production team, and a paying audience.
THE PUNCHING BAG SERIES

A multi-month incubating program produced by myself & WRITE CLUB from december 2025- MARCH 2026 which culminates in a week of staged readings from macrh 19th-28th held at st. lydias 304 bond st gowanus, brooklyn. where ten writers will present completed full length new works.
